AWIN works to strengthen Women\u2019s Rights to health, protection and leadership by mobilizing women groups, and assisted the establishment of Women Associations and Aspired Women
Enterprises for Unity of South Sudan (AWENTUSS) in Juba supported under Gender Equality and empowerment programs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Our advocacy on UNSCR 1325 in Greater Equatoria and Greater Upper Nile have increased participation of women, men, boys and girls in peace and community reconciliation processes and established three Community Protection Committees [CPC] who act as community policing and watchdogs which has strong relationship and between police and civil population.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Trained 58 teachers in 12 schools on GBV protection and prevention in schools setups.
